Employment

We have lots of guys looking to be part of the Cub Cleaners family. We want men who are proud of their bodies, comfortable in their skin, and confident in their abilities. If you are wondering if being a Cub Cleaner is right for you, check out the information below.

Job Description and Requirements

The job is cleaning houses, apartments, and condos in the nude (or in underwear, a jock strap, or fully clothed depending upon the client's wishes). You will nearly always work hours that the client is at home to watch you. Although there is clearly an element of good clean entertainment in what we do, our primary service is professional cleaning. And we do mean clean. We do not offer sexual favors of any kind. If we hear you made such an offer, we will end our working agreement immediately.

Most important, you must be good at house cleaning.

That requires:

  • Being exceptionally well organized.
  • Paying attention to details.
  • Listening carefully to the clients' needs and doing what it takes to meet them.
  • Managing your time to accomplishing everything on schedule.

You must be comfortable naked.

One unique part of our business is offering your services as a nude house cleaner. This means:

  • Being naked around people must fun for you. You must be a comfortable exhibitionist, proud of your body.
  • You are charged with making the client feel comfortable and showing him or her that you are having as good a time as they are. You can't be too self-conscious or everyone will feel uncomfortable and awkward.
  • We expect that you will keep in shape and keep your body healthy

The client may also request you work in a jock strap, underwear, or fully clothed. It is always up to the client.

You must be comfortable working with people.

Unlike most cleaning services, where you rarely interact with the client, ours is just the opposite. It is rare that the client is not at home. A warm personality and good customer service skills are must-have qualities.

We expect you to quickly forge a respectful working relationship with the client, realizing that cleaning is your first priority and what you wear—or don't wear—is why he or she is paying you rather than paying someone else. You will retain all your tips, so this is your chance to make a good impression for yourself and for the company. We have discovered that clients nearly always come back for more cleaning and they are very loyal to the first cleaner who comes to their place. The more repeat clients you have, the more you will earn.

You must be trustworthy.

You are trusted with the prized possessions of our clients. That means:

  • You must be careful as you work.
  • You have to be completely honest.
  • You are conscious of their cleaning concerns and how to honor those concerns.
  • You must be free of any criminal convictions.

You must be be independent.

You will work with Cub Cleaners as an independent contractor and will operate with limited supervision. You will have a list of tasks and you must finish them on time and to the satisfaction of the client. If you don't do a good enough job, you must return on your own time to complete the job without being paid. A supervisor will be available if you have questions or concerns, but generally you are on your own.

Other Requirements

Here are a few additional requirements:

  • You must be physically capable of hard work. We don't require you to lift more than 50 lbs., climb tall ladders, or swing from chandeliers but you must be in good physical shape. You will be working hard for at least two solid hours on each appointment. If you are doing it right, you'll be getting a good workout. You need to be in good enough physical shape that you are confident showing off naked.
  • You must agree to be photographed and allow us to use your images. For marketing purposes, we send all new Cubs to a photographer for a photo session. We use photos on our Facebook page, on this web site, on Twitter, Google+, and for a variety of marketing purposes. Your image may appear on coupons, flyers, cards, gift certificates, and other promotional items. You may work under a pseudonym if you want to.
  • You must have a working smart phone available. For security reasons, Cubs text or call upon arrival, receive text messages from the office, and use a credit card reader for payments. Your smart phone must be operational at all times for phone calls, texts, and data transmission.
  • You must have access to a car. You may get jobs in North Portland, Beaverton, Gresham, or Hillsboro. Public transit has proven not be a good option for travel.
  • You must be legal to work in the US. You need to supply a Social Security number to get paid.
  • You must have a bank account. You are paid by direct deposit.
